When I am drawing digitally, I use the Apple Pencil and the Astropad App to mirror my screen onto my iPad Pro.

Sony WH-1000XM3 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones
These sound great, help block noise, and adjust to fit my kid-sized head.

Scanners
I use the Scanner Pro App app for scanning documents and the Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner for scanning art.
