Pet Sounds 50th Anniversary Edition

About
: I had so much fun working on this 48-page book/5-disc set to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of The Beach Boys' groundbreaking album Pet Sounds.

The art on outside of the book is a direct reproduction of the original album art. To compliment the cover of the iconic 1966 album, I added in some colorful halftones, wood veneer textures, surf inspired design elements, mid-Sixties inspired typography and an expanded color palette.

Get it on Amazon.

P.S. This movie about the making of Pet Sounds was great. I loved it! And also, here is a review mentioning the packaging.

The white goat is flocked (fuzzy).

One of my favorite outtakes from the Pet Sounds photoshoot. "Baahhh! Gimme those Cheetos!"
