About: Nelson is a California-based staffing company. Every year they put out a guide for their business development team sharing their findings about workplace trends and current salaries. This year the focus was on abundant job opportunities in California, so we created a modern take on the gold rush. We created a booklet inspired by prospecting iconography and phrases, gold coins and even golden tickets.
